Introducing LILY LAKE KNITS 2nd Knit-Along!
A Knit-Along (KAL) is a group of knitters getting together virtually to knit the same project at the same time, share progress photos and cheer each other on. Also, at the end of this KAL there will be a yarn giveaway to one lucky knitter - thanks to Lionbrand Yarns!
For this KAL we will be knitting the Book Nook Cardigan!
It is a beginner friendly pattern and comes in 10 different sizes (XS to 6XL). Pockets are optional :)
If you can cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, k2tog (knit 2 together), cast off and seam - this pattern will be a breeze for you! If you need help with these skills, I am always here to help!
PLUS - we have a large group of knitters in the Lily Lake KAL Group Chat. This is where you can share progress photos, ask questions about the pattern and stay connected during the KAL.

Cast on 28 sts on larger needles.
Row 1: (K1, P1) to end of row.
Row 2: (K1, P1) to end of row.
Row 3: (P1, K1) to end of row.

Within a 4" horizontal area, you should have 12 stitches.
Within a 4" vertical area, you should have 18 rows.
If you have too many sts/rows, try going up a needle size or knitting a little looser.
If you have less sts/rows, try going down a needle size or knitting a little tighter.
